Ples halp..

I am about to go mad searching for an anime serie or movie that for some fucked up reason popped up during the childrens TV-line up back in the 90'ties. If anyone could help me find this I would be eternally greatful.

As this is a long time ago, I only remember fragments.. But this is what I recollect:

This is definitely a cyber-punk anime

I recall associating it with the terminator. (I believe there were some bad-guy cyborgs around.. might even have been "terminators", hell if I know)

There was a city under a "force field" like a dome, that was powered by some energy-rods or something.

There was forest surrounding said city.

I remember a coulple of characters; At least one young boy, and maby a young girl.. not sure.

In this particular episode. or movie, some stuff happened to the shield surrounding the city (or was about to happen), that would be bad for some reason.. Might have been a nuke or something involved.

The animation style is rather old.. pre ghost in the shell style from what I can remember.


I only remember it as a vague dream, so I'm sorry that the description is so poor.

It's been on my mind for a LONG time now, and I desperately need solace.. Any and all help is much appreciated!
