Idk about gatekeeping, on one hand I see communities that failed to gatekeep collapse, on the other hand I know many communities that had died out because they gatekept. Is there a good middle ground or are we all doomed to failure?
My thoughts can be taken further to a societal level too, should we gatekeep people out of national decision making? Or should we let them make decisions? Is there a middle ground that works?
Perhaps the only solution is to not gatekeep but to destroy the weak uncultured barbarians at our gates?
