I took this really amazing photograph years ago I believe it was 2008 of a total lunar eclipse.
I did it the hard way though. I got my hassle blad out chose a lens I think it was the 100 mm, and then I went and calculated when to take the photos what interval and what exposure for each one. I then put the dark slide in after each shot, arm the shutter without advancing the film, and then repeat it.
I was going really well until just after partial totality at the beginning was just about over and I nudged the tripod. I continued with a few more exposures but I lost faith and ended it before I captured a few more. The photo has a beautiful Arc of images almost all of which are properly exposed, the sky is a rather nice dark blue though as you can imagine it is a tiny bit mottled from City light, and lots of stars show multiple images.
I really want to fix this damn image. The film was professionally scanned into this massive I think it was a 20 MB Tiff image and I've printed it a few times on a photo printer but I always get pissed off at it because it shows that dip in the images.
