QRD: Encyclopedia Dramatica archives memes and ecelebs, mostly "lolcow" type unintentionally-funny ones like Chris Chan. Uncyclopedia has articles on (mostly) normal topics with a bizarre sense of humor, ranging from Onion-style satire to meta-ironic shit you'd think of while on a fever dream at 3 AM.
They're very different types of humor, but both good for their own purposes. If you want pure, readymade memes though, ED is more useful than Uncyclopedia because half the bullshit on the latter has a giant backstory associated with it that makes it funny
