Looking for a way to stream anime/movies/shows from my raspberry to my local network

So for example I upload videos on it through a web browser and then I can look at them from my bed in a tablet or whatever

Does anyone know good ways of doing this? I was thinking of just using nextcloud but I'd like to know alternatives
