Coursehero has the most materials, have never had something that wasn't on there but you have to pay up. Maybe try a free trial then cancelling it, or just getting a 1 month plan for like 5 or 10 bucks, downloading what you need then cancelling it.
There's also Chegg but I don't know if it has exactly what you're looking for (full midterms/exams). All of these websites allow you to search on them for free, you just have to pay to view the materials, so look for yourself before you jump the gun.
Homeworkify.net is a "bypasser" for Chegg, it's extremely finnicky though and tends to work about 25% of the time.
