What can I do for focus and productivity if I don't have access nor want to take adhd meds?

Is there some sort of technique or non-medical substance that can fix excessive tiredness daydreaming and inability to focus? I've been coping with the disciplinepill for quite awhile but my willpower is starting to run dry and coffee no longer does anything for me. I can't sustain it forever and it feels miserable (don't give me bullshit on how life is supposed to be hard; it's clearly easier for some people).
