As in, ways you fill requests here.
For example, typing phrases into https://filmot.com/ to find specific youtube videos or turning off yandex porn filters in /tune.

if you put a filename url into google images you will often find the source, while the regular search returns nothing useful, if anything at all

For video clips, it is good to screenshot different parts of the video (especially starting scenes, switching from one to another or just after the fade from black) and reverse image search them for sauce.
While it is hard to search a video on it's own, thumbnails are in the reverse image search like any other image.
