Anyone here experienced with finches?
I've had society finches for a year now, and decided to expand my collection with some zebra finches. I got 2 couples (male-female) of zebra finches
I'm having trouble organizing the birds. I tried to place both zebra couples in the same cage, together with a 6 societies.
The zebras however fiought each other a lot, so i separated them
The cage is quite large, around 1.5m tall, 1m x 0.5m base, so i highly doubt it's a space problem
I've researched a bit, and it's sometimes reccomended to keep at least 3 couples of zebras together, but i'm afraid of purchasing the additional couple just for them to keep fighting
