Looking for 2 videos, or both of them combined into one video.

The first one is a video of some obnoxious bitch basically going on a rant about white people. I can't remember exactly what she was saying about them, but I think it was essentially telling white people to "shut up", or saying that they didn't matter. Video 2 was the aftermath, the same woman was crying because she was fired from her job (I think maybe as a nurse?) because of the racist rant video.
