I have heard in some anime this "robotic voice effect", I'm wondering if there's some way to imitate that somehow, if possible with free tools.

I also remember the robots from Desert punk had a voice like that, but I couldn't find any clip online to show it.

For now my only audio edit tool is Audacity, and I'm kind of beginner on it.
