Could someone with Topaz Gigapixel upscale this image, convert the color profile to CMYK and save it at 300dpi? I'm without Photoshop right now but trying to get a project done.
Can offer reaction images in return, as well as sincere gratitude.

I guess either to file size limit, or to whatever it wants to be at 300dpi. Sorry, I know I sound like an idiot. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to images and dpi.
Basically I'm wanting to get this printed as an 8"x2.5" sticker, and the printer wants a 300 dpi image with .25" total bleed( extra space around the border of the design for cutting). I've also read elsewhere the color profile should be CMYK and not RGB.

Did you use Topaz or something else? I only know of it, from a thread where anon was upscaling images for people.

Try Vance AI you've got few images for free there but with watermark, but it's not that hard to remove it.

This is the important information: "DPI" means "dots-per-inch", so you need to know how many inches in order to know how many dots.
