Hello /wsr/. I'd like help leaving my tech illiteracy behind. I tried searching the internets, but what I found was either too basic (ie how to send an e-mail) or too advanced.

What I am looking for is something that will cover the basics of 'puters hardware, like its components, how to install and give them basic maintenance; and like so software as in OSes, networks, security etc. Hopefully this is not too vague.
