How do i fix it?
It's not NVIDIA or ingame VSync
i also can't seem to find steam uninstall button (haven't tried manually)
probably since my steam files is in both drivers

Run them fullscreen, not borderless-windowed

idk what happened but it is fixed now
games run at 110s fps
