how do I cope with being a low energy neurodivergent adhd autistic retard in society?
Normies get up and shit, shower, eat breakfast, get clothed and get ready for waging all in under 20 minutes (excluding commute time) and it takes me an hour just to wake up and figure out how to not fuck up my scrambled eggs for the hundredth time.
I can barely string together coherent sentences, I always procrastinate no matter how fucking hard I yell at myself to just do a small 5 minute assignment, and all the diets and meds and random remedies I've tried haven't changed a single thing. I need everything explained to me like a retard and plenty of handholding for basic normie work.
yes I tried exercising, sleeping more (I already sleep like 10+ hours a day), meditating, getting medicated (none of them worked + horrible side effects), various diets including keto paleto high electrolyte etc., vitamins and supplements and prob a few other things I can't remember.
It's a regular occurrence for me to put my phone down, look up and suddenly wonder where my phone went and spend a good 10 minutes searching the house for it before giving up and sitting back down at my PC and realizing it was there the whole time.
I'm just really fucking tired bros...
