>>1369233It's funny you would ask for top tier anime while posting a gif from one of the most disappointing and retarded series I've ever watched, I remember watching EP 1 and getting exited for how good it seems to be and then ever episode had the same exact jokes as EP 1 and no plot or substance. Gay. That being said I recommend Tokyo Ravens, it's the most underrated anime ive ever found.
