Looking for practical advice in switching from iPhone to Android. Bit of background: I have never been a big smartphone user. I just bought an iPhone 4s in 2012 or whatever because it was there. Ever since then I just bought the latest iPhone model whenever the new one started getting slow, so I skipped about 3 models in between or something like that. For my next phone I just want to see what else there is.
My use case: texting, phone calls, light web browsing, Apple Music, and iCloud.
Looking for obvious advice as well as things I might now know about, like what's the Android equivalent of iMessage? What is the "gold standard" Android phone line? And any other things you can think of that I'm not thinking of.
