They're Levantine Arabs. Highly likely to be Lebanese, less likely Syrian. (definitely NOT Palestinian nor Jordanian)
The only thing throwin me off is that she says "قلبي" (qalbi) in Fus'ha (classical) Arabic, instead of the Levantine way of saying is "ألبي" (albi)
