I'm trying to lower my body fat to lose the skinny fat look. I'm about 183lbs, 6'2" and around 21% body fat percentage. I need some healthier diet plans on top of what I usually eat now. Typical day is
Breakfast:
>2 pieces of whole wheat toast
>2 eggs
>banana
>protein bar
lunch
>150g of chicken
>some form of vegetable
dinner is where I usually fall apart and start snacking too much and overeating or not eating healthy enough. I need some ideas as to good meals so I don't snack and overeat.
As well, once I get the eating under control (which has always been my main problem with weight) I want to do some exercise just to stay healthy/maintain the body fat. I'm sick of calisthenics but have a Planet Fitness near me. I don't really know any plans or what I'd do but my ideal look is pic related
