There was this american movie about a businessman/lawyer (I can't remember what exactly it was) who gets fired and replaced by some youngster to replace him (maybe not fired but yeah, they tried to replace him. There was this part where the young man tried to get him up while the old was drunk, and then the old one punches him in the face. Then they see this client, who was also an old man, and try to convince him for something, and when the client asks what happened to the eye of the young man, the old man says he punched him because he called him old and weak (or something like that, which was a lie), and the client accepts.
I think it may be some 90s movie or so (maybe around the 2000).
Sadly I can't even remember who the actors were.
