First of all, it seemed SFW (there wasn't nude visuals, swearing, but it treated some mature themes)
It was about some girl, who had a big brother, and the dude seemed to fap a lot in his room. Then one day the girl irrumped inside, she found the dude dead, and said something like
"my brother died because of japanese hentai" so she "in revenge" had to watch western media at least 4 hours per day, and that was the reason she didn't do her homework (or at least that's what she was telling her teacher later).
There was more stuff, I think another chapter had this zelda mock up, which was trying to get money by killing goblins, but the first goblin he finds seems to be an adorable little girl, and he feels really bad after killing her, then the mother goblin comes, and he also kills her (while crying), then the father, etc, untill he kills hundreds of goblins.
