Need help with 4chanX filter

On /tv/ there is this low quality zoomer spam shit posted with an image and no fucking co0ntext and I have tried and tried to filter it but no matter what shit gets through the filter. How the fuck do I filter a sentence so it filters all derivatives.
I am kind of new to 4chanX so idk how to use filters correctly.
Will post what I have filtered in next post.

As you can see the "how do you respond/reply without sounding mad" spam is what I am trying to filter but so many derivatives are posted pretty much everyone evades the filter.
There must be a way I can blanket filter combinations of "how do you" "respond/reply" and "mad" so that those words together in a sentence, thread or comment gets filtered.

Leaving out the anchors will also filter any thread where OP happens to use that phrase in the middle of a line, but I assume there aren't many of those aside from metathreads complaining about the spam and it makes filtering easier.

The "^" and "$" make the filter only apply when it's at the start and end of the string respectively, so if you had a filter for "/^sage$/" it would only filter posts where that word is on a line by itself (or if it's the only content in the post, when the filter is set to multiline).

OK so how do I blanket filter specific words when they are in any post/thread at any time, and on any board.
I kind of understand how I filter direct boards as using the codes from my current filters (which I got from other anons) I have managed to block specific things on specific boards.

This filters any post containing "cunt" regardless of case or anything else around it, so a post with the word "SCUNTHORPE" in it would also be filtered. You can also add "\b" on either side to check for word boundaries so that the filter only applies to the word by itself ("/\bcunt\b/i"). It can get complicated, I'd recommend fiddling with it on regex101 or something. The actual regex is the part between the forward slashes in the filter string and the regex options are between the slash and the first semicolon.

The default is that the filter applies everywhere unless you add options restricting it to OP only or a specific board or whatever.

Thanks anon, I actually did figure it out by going into my filter list but my reply fucked up and I couldn't be fucked to retype it again.
I been trying to keep the filter list tidy, original list I got was from ## /gif/ anti degeneracy filter list ## which basically makes /gif/ only have between 7-15 threads not filtered, and 14 of them are still porn, but I have been adding to it myself over the last few months.
Most cases I am filtering MD5s.
/tv/ is my main issue atm, that spam in OP and mods/jannies/lefty/pol/ keep spamming this one tranny there for over a years now, seeing him makes me feel sick.
Reason I was forced to install 4chanX in the first place.

I have saved your replies in an image so I can go back to them for /adv/ in the future to constantly keep my filter lists tidy.

where does top:yes; go? and do you know any good guides on how to use the filter menu? Since I can't wrap my head around this thing.

Add sound after weekend if you want specific weekend sound threads. I just tried it on /a/ and it highlighted and put to top weekend waifu thread

I copy pasted that from one I had already that highlighted a subject, the expression tob, or bottom is already in the guide btw.
