Some boards on 4chan are blocked in my country (Like c'mon, I want to hang out in artworks board but it is shut down completely, thanks you LOWyers!!!). Are there any safe VPN for browsing?

I'm also sure that Barneyfag will start spamming, anytime MLP is remotely mentioned, he appears out of nowhere and starts spamming.

As for VPNs, dunno if it's my side or the VPN's but I tried posting with a VPN one time and it wouldn't let me.
