>T-Mobile IP Ban

I just realized that T-Mobile IP ranges have been banned from various sites. Instagram. 4chan. And a few more.

Apparently T-mobile uses "dynamic IP networks"
Does anyone else have any experience with this?

I began posting on 4chan, as usual, and now realized that I cannot start new threads from this IP range.

I have also been given a few expired "your IP is banned" messages on various boards. Apparently, previous users have been banned for various reasons from T-mobile networks.

This can't possibly be safe; can it?

What is stopping various sites from confusing me for a previous user and ordering a god-damned subpoena?

I don't do anything illegal and do not use VPNs, so I am guessing that criminal activity is reported, T-mobile checks the time that the IP was available to each user and cross-references that to open a case or dismiss defamatory or "mistaken" claims: am I correct?

Is there something that I should be worrying about or am I being paranoid? What is stopping other t-mobile users from getting your IP banned and inculpating you unfairly? I'm guessing that MAC addresses are recorded in connection with two-step verification.

Any clarification is welcomed. Details are appreciated. Thanks.
