Anons in the past have told me the reason I've had so many problems trying to get fit is because I a) don't have a reason to work out and b) go from 0 to 100 with everything
I want to try calisthenics since it's cheaper so how do I successfully do this? I guess my only 'goal' (maybe I just like the idea of it) is to have a nice body but that's evidently not enough. Whenever I try going on a strict diet with a focus on protein I restrict absolutely every food possible and try to eat only a select few and usually burn out soon after.
What's the simplest way to go about this?
