How do I get good at drawing? I'm left handed, have perpetually shaky hands, ADHD, autism and a learning disability. 24.

I've wanted to get good at art since I was a teen but I've lacked the motivations, resources and teachings to get started.

I have literally tried doing several artistic hobbies and gave up each of them immediately when I was a teenager.

I didn't know how any of them worked or what to do. I don't even know basic trig. Even when I look art guides, I literally cannot comprehend them or figure them out.
I have literally never been able to come up with an original story/world for myself. Everything I've ever made has been a fanfiction based on another property. Even when I was a kid, I could never come up with creative ideas.
Even when I was really inspired? Nothing came to me. Even when I took walks and tried exercising, nothing. Am I just fucked or what? Because my only actually good characters or really anything original came from the most sheer luck.
I don't know what to do anymore. Every time I think about the fact that I can't draw it makes me feel suicidal. The only reason I stuck with writing was because I thought I'd never be good at drawing.
