Yes, it's boring, yes, it's lazy, but if you ACTUALLY want to draw, force yourself to for the first month, but also don't forget to draw just for the joy of it (either after practicing the same day, or instead of practicing, but also for an hour). And turn off your phone completely during this time. I also advise you to spend less time on the internet if you want to enjoy complex processes, not the consumption of capitalist products. Also, don't forget to walk or do physical exercise (this is important). In the end, it all depends on your willpower.
