Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell my if the 18+ director's cut patch was installed correctly for Muv Luv Alternative by looking at the image I posted of the files in the folder for the game?

Try again, it should be 18.exe. Maybe just rename it

But just know, it's really not a big deal. I think Alternative has a single h-scene and it's the single worst part of the entire trilogy by far, if I could go back in time and make myself play the censored version I would've.

Alternative's amazing, I hope you enjoy it. But please don't tell me you skipped Extra and Unlimited. If you have, they are MANDATORY, no exceptions, go and read them right now first instead.
