What anime, or manga or LN, that isn't a battle shonen or isekai, has the most extensive and dense world building? Fantasy or sci-fi, both are fine by me.

First of all, this chart isn't relevant to OP's request (for example: Combattler V is often criticized for its weak worldbuilding), and secondly, you need to stop posting the outdated version of it.

Combattler's ending involves a fairly literal deus ex machina because its space politics have barely been established at all. The later Nagahama shows massively improved upon it.

Crest/Banner of the Stars had a language made for it. Decent read, OVAs are great.
Space opera setting, but focuses on a few characters. Good dialogue which kept me interested.
