one of many way you can go at it is land a career with that upcoming degree first, once your planted there see if you can still continue your education while still in that job in a manageable manner, pursue the masters that way it will help climb up the chain faster, same goes with pursuing a phd if afterwards.
it's risky to pursue higher level degrees if you don't have a guarantee to land that gig, you can have a phd and still wait months to get a call back from an application
maybe try checking in on some of those student partnership programs, I'm sure the reps there will help decide further
