There aren't any. 4chan is the last major free-speech site of its type. There are some other -chan sites, but they have miniscule usage.

Hope it helps! Anyways, what are your interests? Just because most of the online communities have been moving into Reddit, that doesn't mean some are there knowing the fact Reddit has been known for banning certain subreddits (mostly right-wing ones)

The may leave some forums up, but the "best" posters have had their accounts limited or banned. So the most insightful content may become missing as their moderators shape what is posted or not posted. It's not free speech, but the site allows the forum to exist to avoid being accused of total censorship.

Speaking of alt-chans, Allchans.org has a decent list of alt-chans.
zzzchan has plenty of fun boards, i can say the same with anon.cafe. 22chan.org is great and they've been alive for fuck knows how long, they've avoided a bunch of shit you'd usually see on typical imageboards. wapchan has some decent discussion on anime, the list goes on. There's still hope left.

Not enough users care about free speech. They'd troll a place into the ground and then find out there is nothing left to troll since their accounts would become banned. And with windows 12, it would be their PC that is banned. So even if they create new acounts with that PC, the ban would still hold.
