MY PC IS DEEEEEAAAD

I think something blew because the light in the room my PC is in cut out for a spit second and when I checked my computer it was on but there was no screen. I turned it completely off and left it unplugged for a minute and when I tried to turn it back on nothing happened.
So far I've tried unplugging every peripheral and connecting an old PSU but that didn't do a thing. It's still completely dead. Now I'm out of ideas short of just replacing every part and hoping my drives are still okay.
What else can I do?
