tech support question. my win 10 pc constantly hitches and freezes and the hdd often maxes out at 100% making everything almost unresponsive leading to windows explorer crash looping. it also takes me like 15 minutes to boot to desktop. i have almost no startup programs, i just dusted the thing (though there is a lot of caked on dust in crevices) and crystal disk says my hdd is totally healthy. any help would be appreciated, i am at a loss for stuff to try past this.
