I want to make this pic 832 x 1216 into a wallpaper for my desktop 1366 x 768, the dimensions are completely different, I'm not asking someone to do it for me, I would love if someone can give me a guide or tell me what should I do to turn it in to a wallpaper, I tried Canvas and Pixlr’s Wallpaper Maker and I didn't even see a resize option, I'm lost don't know what to do.
