I was able to get a different cloudflare challenge by using the opera gx vpn to get 4chan to work, and then turning it off, that's how I was able to post from a pc again, I'm just blocked on other servers 4chan uses for some reason and cant get challenges from them.
and resetting my ip requires to disable the modem for 24 hours... I can call them and hope that I get someone not in india and that it can be done faster, but I have 0 idea if that will work and 24 hours without internet... that a big ask given the rest of the family.
