please recommend RTS games to me. my favorite is probably star wars empire at war but i also liked northgard and stellaris a lot, but i absolutely hate how these games always devolve into wars with other factions/players. i like the beginning phases where you build infrastructure, explore, manage resources, etc.-- it's always so relaxing and you dont have to deal with the stress of fighting and defending. please recommend me games which keep that portion of the game going. PvE is okay so long as it's not just bots in place of players.
