I just need a confirmation that the direct monitoring is not just the naked signal but it comes with effects from the DAW.

I don't have studio monitors or cans for this, only loudspeakers and headphones. I can't get the Focusrite UBS ASIO driver to output audio through the computer, I've realized that you need monitors that take the signal directly from the audio interface and NOT the mobo PC.

All I want is to jam (recording is easier technically) with effects via Ableton without latency.
