I want to make a 4 panels comic like this one, but with other imageset.
I want something like this:

a close up of the bento about being opened by her. A redrawn of the one from the original comic, with that character small hands shaped as ball. No need to draw her legs, just the bento over the napkin would be fine

a close up of the contents of the bento (another redraw, if possible some manga like swirl shaped poop, and the used condom and it's wrapper, like in the OP image).

Also, please remove the author signature so it doesn't ruin the comic immersion, please, and the bento redrawn in a similar drawstyle.
