I'm looking for a TV show i saw in Osaka channel 2, NHK educational i think, the kids channel. I saw it either on the 17th or 18th of may around 9am-11am.

The show featured a section on recycling tissue boxes in various ways to create a door, train, car, house etc. I remember and want to find it because alongside the random kid putting the boxes together, there was a costumed lady being the instructor.
She was wearing a red costume i think? With a big head and glasses. Her voice was so cute i wanted to hear it again.
