I'm working on a little project for fun, where I try to make a story in a fairy-tale style. I'm not making any money off this, so I don't need to go all-out, but I'd still like to do it right. I want to be able to construct images that give the general vibe of fairy tale art, but the issue is I have no tablet and the artistic skill of a kindergartner.

I was hoping someone here might have a better idea of how I can create or edit images to give this general vibe without me needing to actually draw anything by hand. I have a decent grasp of photopea, for what it's worth.
