My mother in law has had some dollar bills since 2004 or so. Under an UV shuld any parti of them glow?
She suspects they're fake, but honestly they look pretty legit. If they are fake, they're excellent fakes.
She gave one bill to my wife so she could test it, and under an UV light it's not really glowing in any special way.
Maybe they're so old that they were made before they came out with glowing parts?
