These are best done using midi's or tracker formats. So if no one here is interested in doing it you should seek someone to make midis. Another route that's more indirect to attain them is if you find custom rhythm game maps (stepmania, osu mania, ddr, lunatic rave 2/bms, guitar hero 2 etc. they're often referred to as "charts") (
