I have a device with an RTX2080 (compute capability 7.5) and CUDA toolkit 10.0 on it. I would like to install the newest version of CUDA 12.1 so it plays nice with the newest/newer version of transformers. However, I need to tell someone else what to do and what to install, and have no control over what they do after I send them the initial instructions, and they have are not very technical. Is it as simple as just saying 'download the thingy (cuda toolkit) for 12.1 from XX web address'? This is on Windows btw
