Lower minimum volume on Windows 11?

I have my headphones (Sony MDR-7506) connected via an Apple USB-C to 3.5mm jack to my Windows 11 laptop.
Everything is SO FUCKING LOUD I typically keep the volume on 8-12. I rarely have to put the volume above 30 and have never gone over 50. On some things even a volume of 2 is too loud
Is there any possible way to adjust the scale of the volume so that I can actually use the full volume slider, and have real quiet output?

Yeah. I use a combination of APO Equalizer and Peace UI. Download APO Equalizer first then the custom Peace UI.

You just end up using the Peace UI. The custom UI just makes using the software APO Equalizer way easier. You can also swap out profiles by adding hotkeys. Comes in handy if you have several headphones.

I forgot to mention is that once you setup a sound profile you dont have to mess with anything again if you don't feel like it. The audio is adjusted at startup without having to tinker with the software each time you turn on your computer.
