so it was not the CMOS battery, after i replaced it i booted it to windows, shut it down and went to take a looksie at bios settings and while i was making sure all way the way i set it up it shut down on me and now it keeps shutting down about 5 seconds after pressing the power button 30seconds at most every couple of tries. could it be the psu?
