Can anyone point me to EN sub for this torrent?

However the timings are all wrong.

Did you check opensubtitles.org?
Also see if you can fix the subs you found by delaying or advancing all the timings with something like aegisub or ffmpeg.

If it's consistently out of sync with the same delay and you don't want to fix the file itself, then you can just manually adjust the sub delay in any decent video player once every episode.

You can try libraries like https://github.com/smacke/ffsubsync to auto sync subtitles, although how well it would work with your particular show is a coin toss.
If it's a static offset though then shifting in Aegisub - or any random online subtitle shifter such as https://subshifter.bitsnbites.eu/ - is easier.
