I know this is a long shot but you guys helped me in the past, hope you can help me again.
I am 100% sure this character is based on a real model. I have the real girl pictured in my mind but I don't remember her name.
Maybe she is dutch but I wouldn't bet my life on it.
Someone has any idea of what I'm babbling about?
