I'm having a problem with VAAPI encode specifically on AMD. I have an RX 6900 XT and I want to encode a video to H265 with VAAPI. No matter the settings or distro, it always has that green line at bottom and VBR isn't working. H264 works fine. AMF works fine but I can't use it on OBS. Is there a solution to this or at least a way to make OBS use AMF? The AUR package is out of date. The issue is definitely with VAAPI. I tried with a friend's computer that has a 6600 XT and the same issue happens there with VAAPI but not AMF.
