I am looking for a software that allows me to take notes dynamically, like Office OneNote.
You can draw stuff (like arrows), highlight text, write text anywhere (unlike rigid tools like Office Word) and even add static images.

The (critical) problem with OneNote is that it does not allow animated gifs or videos without linkind them online from gyphy (which is stupid).
I need to take notes digitally, and i must use animated gifs or videos is a must for the topic i am tanking notes of.
