what are you looking for in a browser? is the default browser lacking for you? the best browser is impossible to find, but the best browser for you could be possible if you give more info

you could try different browsers, but i'm pretty sure all of iOS browsers are just reskinned Safari, and i think the tab suspend feature is inherent in Safari so every browser would be doing that "reset page" thing.
apple did allow different browser engines on iOS 17.4 and newer, but that's only on EU. if you are on EU and have that version, firefox or brave would be a good choice
